Our central nervous system dictates how we feel physically, emotionally and for those who seek solace, spiritually.
By increasing and guiding heat in the body towards specific centers, we ignite an organic, balancing mechanism which, if concentrated correctly, discharges repressed emotional traumas, negative thought patterns and harmonizes physical distress.
When we are successful to this end, we create a new beginning which is most often referred to as healing.
There are 10 methods for this natural process in Eastern mysticism that are utilized for unique types of people. Some people are more skilled at inner focus, while others are more aligned with disciplined movement or cessation of thoughts.
These processes are all aimed at elongating brainwaves, clearing and/or purifying physical obstructions. The charging and calming of the central nervous system facilitates movement into the energetic sheaths that surround every individual. This powers conscious awareness for travel beyond the physical form into the quantum field.
While we spend most of our lives associated with our direct surroundings and personal experiences, our awareness itself is non-local. This realization has been at the forefront of understanding non-dual states of being which we refer to as, True Awakening.
The 6th and most direct method for achieving these states is through respiratory exercises known as Pranayama. In order to grasp the simple concepts associated with this experience, connecting the dots from a compilation of diverse cultures is necessary.
Practicing patience and humility combined with courage and a willingness to be complicit with oneself eventually opens portals into vast dimensions of personal experience. This can remedy the majority of maladies humanity faces during these complex times of transition.
